Baked Mushroom Masti recipe - How to make Baked Mushroom Masti

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 4 servings

Ingredients
3-4 tortillas
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp oil
2 tsp garlic (lehsun) paste
2 tbsp chopped spring onions
5-6 whole dry kashmiri red chilli , soaked in warm water and crush to paste)
8-10 chopped mushrooms (khumbh)
1 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp chilli sauce
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika)
salt to taste
2 tbsp cream
2 tbsp processed cheese
4-5 drops tabasco sauce
butter for greasing the tray
2-3 grated cheese cubes
1/2 cup grated mozarella cheese
dry red chilli flakes (paprika) for sprinkling
olives for garnishing
Method
    Method
  1. Heat butter and oil in a pan and add garlic paste and saute.
  2. Then add green onion,red chilli paste and mushrooms and cook for a while.
  3. Then add soya sauce,chilli sauce, tomato sauce,paprika,salt and saute for a while.
  4. Then add cream and 2 tbsp grated cheese and cook for few minutes and off the flame.
  5. Now take a baking tray and grease with butter.
  6. Place a tortilla and spread the filling and put some grated processed and mozarella cheese.
  7. Then place one more tortilla and place the stuffing and repeat for 2 more tortillas.
  8. Lastly put some grated processed and mozarella cheese and sprinkle chilli flakes and olives.
  9. Bake in preheated oven for 4-7 minutes at 200C and serve hot.
