Method


  1. In a pan, sauté the garlic and onions in olive oil, add in the tomato puree and cook for 2-4 mins.
  2. Add in the herbs and the seasonings and mix well.
  3. add corn and olives and cook for another 5 mins pour into a baking dish and top with cheese and bake in the oven for 10 mins.
  4. Serve hot with bread rolls.

Yumm!! This recipe was a super supper hitter. Kids licked the platter clean and th adults wanted second helpings. Very easy and very healthy and very appealing on the table!!!Thankyou for sharing! Sudha Raghunathan
