Baked Cheese Cups recipe - How to make Baked Cheese Cups

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 4 servings

Ingredients

For The Pate
1 cup thick white sauce
3 tbsp cheese spread
1 tbsp cream

Other Ingredients
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp chopped onions
1 tsp garlic (lehsun) paste
2 tbsp chopped capsicum
3 tbsp leek
3 tbsp boiled sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
1/4 cup chopped spinach (palak)
salt to taste
1 tsp dried mixed herbs
1 tsp pizza masala
1 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika)
2 tbsp chopped parsley
4-6 mini buns
1/4 cup grated processed cheese
Method
For the paste

    For the paste
  1. Mix all the ingredients and crush to paste and keep aside.

  1. Heat oil and add onion,garlic paste and saute till pink.
  2. Add the capsicum, leek, corn, spinach ,salt, mixed herbs, pizza masala , chilli flakes and parsley and mix well.
  3. Then add the prepared paste and mix simultaneously,and off the flame.
  4. Now take the mini buns and scoop out the centre and fill with the filling prepared.
  5. Sprinkle some grated cheese and chilli flakes and arrange on a baking tray.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven for 5-7 mins at 150 C or till the cheese melts and serve hot.
