A delicious combination of cheese, corn, mayo and cream baked to form a gooey hot dip.

Baked Cheese Corn Dip recipe - How to make Baked Cheese Corn Dip

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 8 to 10 serving

Ingredients
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp fresh cream
1/2 cup boiled sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
2 whole dry kashmiri red chillies , broken into pieces
1/4 tsp garlic (lehsun) sliced
1/4 tsp basil
1/2 tsp chili flakes
salt and white pepper powder to taste
1/2 tomato , seeded and chopped
2 tbsp sliced spring onions
1 tbsp fresh coriander (dhania) chopped
Method
    Method
  1. Combine together cheddar and mozzarella cheese, mayonnaise, cream, corn, red chili, garlic, basil, chili flakes, salt and pepper in a bowl. Spread mixture into a 5"-5" round glass dish.
  2. Bake cheese mixture at 170*C degree in a preheated oven for 20 minutes or until soft and lightly browned.
  3. Combine tomato, green onion, coriander and salt in a bowl.
  4. Spoon tomato mixture over baked corn cheese dip.
  5. Serve with tortilla chips, bread stick, potato wafers, nachos.
