One of my favourite desserts which tastes delicious when it is served warm. Made just with low-fat paneer and fruits, you can occasionally enjoy a serving of this dessert after your meal. However, do remember to include these calories as part of your diet.
- Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl, cover and keep aside for 15 minutes.
- Arrange the fruit in a greased 150 mm. (6") diameter pie dish.
- Spread the cottage cheese mixture over the fruit and bake in a pre-heated oven at 220°c (440°f) for 15 minutes.
- Serve warm.
