Baked Alfanso Mango Yoghurt recipe - How to make Baked Alfanso Mango Yoghurt

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 4 serving

Ingredients
1 cup curds (dahi)
1 cup fresh cream
1 cup condensed milk
1 cup alphanso mango pulp

For Garnishing
1/2 cup mango puree
4 tsp mangoes
4 mint
Method
    Method
  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream, condensed milk and yogurt, whisk well till creamy.
  3. Add mango pulp and whisk well.
  4. Pour the mixture into individual oven proof glasses.
  5. Pour some water in a baking tray and place the glace in the tray.
  6. Put the tray in the pre-heated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes.
  7. Remove the tray from the oven and allow the yogurt to cool and come down to room temperature.
  8. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
  9. Serve chilled garnished with mango puree, mango pieces and mint sprigs.
