8 boiled tender corn cob

To Be Mixed Together For The Sauce
3/4 cup tomato ketchup
3/4 hot and sweet chilli sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
4 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp mustard (rai / sarson) powder
1 tsp grated ginger (adrak)
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
1 tbsp coarsely ground black peppercorns (kalimirch)
lemon wedges to squeeze over while serving
  1. Brush the prepared sauce over the corn and keep aside for 15 minutes.
  2. Wrap the corns in aluminum foil and bake at 350 degree Celsius for 25 minutes.
  3. Open the foil and grill for 5 to 10 minutes.
  4. Serve and enjoy hot squeezed with lemon wedges.
  5. A lip smacking corn..
