Bajri Laddus recipe - How to make Bajri Laddus

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 4 serving

1 cup bajra (black millet) flour
3/4 cup grated jaggery (gur)
2 tbsp ghee
ghee for greasing the palms
  1. Combine all the ingrids and divide into equal size portions .
  2. Make laddu by rolling them between your plams.
  3. Depending on bajra flour you may require more ghee.
