Method
  1. Heat the ghee in a kadhai, add the flour and saute on amedium flame, till the flour turns pink in colour.
  2. Add 2 cups of water slowly and stir continously.
  3. When it boils, add the jaggery and ginger powder and mix well.
  4. When the jaggery melts and the mixture is boiled, remove from the flame and serve immediately.
