Bafa Dhoi recipe - How to make Bafa Dhoi

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 4 to 5 servings

400 ml condensed milk
400 ml milk
400 ml curds (dahi)
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a pan and mix well.
  2. Cook on a double boiler for 10 - 15 minutes.
  3. Insert a knife and if it comes out clean, remove from the flame and cool.
  4. Refrigerate for 3 hours and serve chilled.
