10 almonds (badam) , soaked and peeled and grounded into a smooth paste
2 tbsp ghee
2 cups whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta)
1/2 cup milk
sugar as per taste
  1. Heat the ghee in a pan, add the wheat flour and slightly roast till the flour turns light pink in colour.
  2. Add the almond paste and milk gradually, mix well and keep stirring continuously till the mixture becomes thick
  3. Add the sugar, mix well and cook till the sugar is dissolved.
  4. Serve hot.
