Adding nuts and saffron at the time serving makes this dessert even more appealing.
- Heat the ghee in a pan, add the wheat flour and slightly roast till the flour turns light pink in colour.
- Add the almond paste and milk gradually, mix well and keep stirring continuously till the mixture becomes thick
- Add the sugar, mix well and cook till the sugar is dissolved.
- Serve hot.
