Babycorn Rawa Fry

A crisp deep fried starter perfectly suitable for monsoons!
Method- Slit the babycorn into equal halves, wash and keep aside. Combine the soaked rice, ginger, garlic, green and red chillies and blend in a mixer into a fine paste.
- Add this paste along with all the remaining ingredients in a bowl to make a thick batter.
- Heat the oil in a kadhai, dip the babycorn in the batter, roll it in rawa and deep fry it till golden brown.
- Serve hot.
