Babycorn Rawa Fry recipe - How to make Babycorn Rawa Fry

Ingredients
10 baby corn
2 tbsp cornflour
4 tbsp besan (bengal gram flour)
1/4 cup rice (chawal) , soaked in water for 10 minutes
4 green chillies , chopped
6 whole dry kashmiri red chillies
1 tsp ginger (adrak) paste
2 tsp garlic (lehsun) paste
3 tsp vinegar
salt to taste
5 tsp semolina (rava)
oil for deep frying
Method
    Method
  1. Slit the babycorn into equal halves, wash and keep aside. Combine the soaked rice, ginger, garlic, green and red chillies and blend in a mixer into a fine paste.
  2. Add this paste along with all the remaining ingredients in a bowl to make a thick batter.
  3. Heat the oil in a kadhai, dip the babycorn in the batter, roll it in rawa and deep fry it till golden brown.
  4. Serve hot.
