Corn flour 100 gms
Rice powder 50 gms
garam masala powder 2 tbl spoons
salt as required
chillipowder as required
- Mix all igredients except baby corn with water and make a smooth batter.cut baby corn vertically into four pieces.dip each baby corn piece into batter anf deep fry in oil.serve hot with tomato ketchup.
