Baby Corn Finger Chips recipe - How to make Baby Corn Finger Chips

8 to 10 baby corn
1 tbsp chilli powder
oil deep frying
1/4 cup cornflour
salt to taste
1 tbsp chaat masala
1 cup tomato ketchup
  1. Method:
  2. Wash the baby corns and cut them into thin slices.
  3. Make a paste of corn flour with water. Add salt to it and mix well. Heat the oil in the deep pan.
  4. Dip the baby corn slices in the corn flour paste and deep fry them until golden brown and cooked.
  5. Fry them on a low flame so that they are evenly cooked.
  6. Remove them on a tissue and sprinkle chilli and chat powder and toss well.
  7. Serve hot with tomato ketchup
