A tasty finger food made with fried babycorn. Serve as a cocktail snack or as a starter.
- Parboil the corn cobs in salted water.
- Drain and keep aside.
- Make a smooth paste of all the flours .
- Add salt,cumin powder and masala paste and mix well.
- Dip the corn cobs in the batter gently and roll them out on the bread crumbs and deep fry till they become golden crisp.
- Serve hot.
