Avocada Chutney recipe - How to make Avocada Chutney

1 raw avocado
1 bunch of mint leaves (phudina)
1 bunch of coriander (dhania)
3 green chillies
2 buds of garlic (lehsun)
1/2 fresh lemon
salt to taste

  1. Smash the avocacdo with hand or spoon.keep aside.
  2. Cut and clean the coriander. (no need to chop it in small pieces) drain the cut coriander.
  3. Cut green chillies.
  4. Grind all the ingredients together except avocada and add water as needed to make a paste (while grinding).
  5. In a seving bowl pour the mixer that has been grinded add smash avocada to it .
  6. Add salt and fresh lime as needed.
