Aushtik Sprout Dosas recipe - How to make Aushtik Sprout Dosas

green whole moong dal sprout - 2 cups
green chillies according to taste
curry leaves - 5 to 6
ginger 1 teaspoon full grated salt to taste
onions finely chopped
water to grind oil
- Grind all the above mentioned ingredients with water except onions till smooth to dosa consistency. keep aside for 10 minutes.
- Heat non stick tava and spread a laddle full of this batter and cook on one side with little oil.
- On the top side sprinkle slightly roasted onions and press gently
- Then cook on the reverse side where onions were placed. roll and serve hot with coconut chutney or imli ki meethi chutney
