arbi big 500gm
salt to taste
ajwain 2tsp
amchur 2tsp
atta 1\2cup

  1. 1.boil arbi
  2. 2.peal arbi
  3. 3. press pealed arbi
  4. 4.sprinkle mixed masala both side
  5. 5.sprinkle atta both side (put atta in plate put pressed arbi with masala cover with atta on both sides)
  6. 6.put oil on tava ,on low fire put arbi on tava.
  7. 7.make arbi golden brown crisp on both sides.
  8. Kachri is ready
