Arbi Sarson recipe - How to make Arbi Sarson

  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and add the arbi and ladies finger and saute for 3-4 minutes, or till they turn golden brown in colour. Keep aside.
  2. Combine the mustard seeds and garlic and blend in a mixer into a fine paste. Keep aside.
  3. Heat the mustard oil in a pan and add the onions and ginger and saute for 3 minutes.
  4. Add tomatoes, ground paste, chilli powder and haldi powder, mix well and saute for 5 minutes.
  5. Serve hot.
