Arabic salad form an integral part to the traditional Arabic cuisine and combines different vegetables with choicest herbs. Enjoy the cool and refreshing Arabic salad as side dish or in between snacking option.
- Clean and wash lettuce leaves,discard the veins, and cut them into fairly big pieces.
- Either keep them chilled or soak in ice cold water.
- Cut tomatoes and onions as well.
- Just before serving mix all the veggies, mix the other ingredients and then on the table top it with fried rotis.
