  1. Combine the arrowroot flour, sugar and 3 cups water in a pan and whisk well.
  2. Boil on a slow flame, while stirring continuously.
  3. When the mixture becomes thick, add the food colour, cardamom powder and mixed nuts and mix well.
  4. When the mixture leaves the sides of the pan, add the ghee and mix well.
  5. Spread evenly in a thali and cut into desired shapes after 2 minutes.
  6. Serve hot.
