Once again here is cool cool drink for summer season which not only gives cooling effect but the same is full of calcium, protein, iron and fiber. This drink is combination of apple, red dates and oats.

Apple and Oats Drink recipe - How to make Apple and Oats Drink

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 4 serving

4 apples , chopped
10-12 dates (khajur) , chopped
8 tbsp quick cooking rolled oats
1 tsp cinnamon (dalchini) powder
4 glass chilled milk
5-6 ice cubes , crushed
  1. Combine the apple, dates, oats, cinnamon powder,2 glass milk and blend in a mixer till smooth.
  2. Transfer to bowl and add the remaining milk and crushed ice and mix well.
  3. Pour into individual serving glass.
  4. Serve chilled.
