Ingredients
2 tbsp butter
3 medium size apple , grated
1/4 cup milk
1 tbsp honey
a pinch cardamom (elaichi) powder
a few lemon drops

For The Garnish
a few sliced almond (badam)
a few pistachio slivers
Method
    Method
  1. Melt the butter in a pan, add the apples and saute for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the milk and cook till all the milk is absorbed.
  3. Add the honey, cardamom powder and few lemon drops, mix well and cook further for 2 minutes.
  4. Remove from the flame allow to cool at room temperature and than refrigerate till chilled.
  5. Serve chilled garnished with almonds and pistachios.
