Ingredients

1 tin condensed milk
1 kg apples
50 gms butter
for crumble:
150 gms plain flour (maida)
75 gms butter
Method

  1. Preheat oven to 160deg c
  2. Mix together butter and milkmaid and heat for 4 to 5 mins.keep aside to cool.
  3. Peel and slice apples
  4. In an ovenproof dish, place the apple slices in layers.
  5. Press lightly while putting apple slices.
  6. Pour the cooled milkmaid mixture over it and spread evenly.
  7. Mix the maida and butter to a crumbly texture.top the apples with the crumble.
  8. Bake at 160 deg c for25 to 30mins in a preheated oven.
