Ingredients
3 chopped apples
sugar substitute to taste
1 cup chilled soya milk
2 cups chilled low-fat milk (99.7% fat-free)
1/2 tsp cinnamon (dalchini) powder

For Serving
ice-cubes
Method
  1. Combine the apples and sugar substitute and blend in a mixer to a smooth purée using a little milk.
  2. Add the soya milk, milk and cinnamon powder and blend again it smooth.
  3. Pour equal quantities of the drink into 4 individual glasses and top with ice-cubes.
  4. Serve immediately.

A fibre rich drink due to the addition of apples with a good bout of calcium from low fat milk and soya milk.... In my opinion sugar substitute can be avoided.... it''s yet quite palatable.
