1 1/2 cups roughly chopped apple
1 small stick cinnamon (dalchini)
1 cup curd (dahi)
1/4 cup quick cooking rolled oats
1 1/2 tsp honey
1/4 tsp vanilla essence

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a mixer and blend till smooth.
  2. Pour equal quantities of the smoothie into 2 individual glasses and serve immediately.
