Combination of semolina and goodness of vegetables....
- Soak semolina in curd overnight. Add salt and keep aside.
- Add all the vegetables, fruit salt.
- Heat the appe mould and pour the batter equally in all appe moulds.
- Cover till both the sides turn light brown in colour.
- Serve hot with chutney.
