Angle`s Dream is as cool mild coloured drink as cool and refreshing summer cooler drink. A mild flavour of Green Apple and Mint Leaves soothens the hot summer days. It can be enjoyed any time of the day. Green colour frosted glass adds glory to the appearance

Method
    Method
  1. To frost the glass, combine the sugar and green colour.
  2. Rub the rim of 4 glasses with lemon juice and dip the rim in green coloured sugar. Keep aside till in use.
  3. Core the Green Apple and cut into pieces with the skin. Do not peel the apple.
  4. Blend Green Apple, Curds, Sugar, and Mint Leaves in a blender.
  5. Add crushed Ice and blend well once more.
  6. Put a tablespoon of sabza in each frosted glass and pour the drink equally in all 4 glasses.
  7. Put a straw and fancy umberella and serve immediately.

I had 2 green apples, and when I cut it tasted it was very sour ... so I googles what to do with it and found this recipe. Its an excellent and quick drink for summers, very tasty and refreshing ! I used normal curd instead of hung curd and organic sugar .. turned out yummy ! Thanks for sharing this wonderful drink recipe.
