Kairi pulp - 1/2 cup
sugar - 2 & 1/2 teaspoon
Nariyal ka doodh - 1 cup
buttermilk - 1 cup
Hari Mirch - 2 salt to taste a pinch asafoetida (hing)
cumin seed - 1/2 tsp.
ghee - 1 tsp.
- In a bowl mix kairi pulp, buttermilk and naiyal ka doodh. then add salt, sugar, dhania, hari mirch (paste or you can crush the mirchi in the mixture). now heat the ghee in small pan, add pinch of hing and cumin seeds and pour the same on the mixture. stir once and serve with rice without boiling.
