This recipe can be eaten with chuteny and sauce.
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into small round flat tikkis.
- Heat a tava and cook each tikki, using little oil, till they turn golden brown and crisp from both the sides.
- Serve hot.
