  1. Pressure cook potatoes&soakimli in water
  2. Chop green chillies/corriander
  3. Ground ginger/garlic to a fine paste.
  4. Grate potatoes+g/g paste, corriander&chillies
  5. Mix&form balls
  6. Lightly flatten them&shallow fry
  7. Add jaggery to imli pulp
  8. Take a tikki in it
  9. Spoon imli pulp&curds over it.sprinkle ginger jullienes&serve
