Aloo tikki is a very popular indian snack recipe which is typically enjoyed as chaat with chole or chickpeas and chopped onion, chillies and chutneys as topping.
- Take a tablespoonful of potato mixture and place a tsp of the dal mixture in it.
- Roll and press to make a round flat tikki.
- Heat a tava and cook the tikkis using little oil till golden brown from both the sides.
- Serve hot.
