A mouth-watering combo of succulent paneer, yummy potatoes and juicy green peas is perked up with tongue-tickling chutneys and spice powders to make a marvellous chaat.
The characteristic touch of chaat masala makes the Aloo Paneer Mutter Chaat very chatpata, and the effect is increased with a squeeze of lemon!
Enjoy this chaat immediately on preparation to relish the best textures.
You can also try your hand at other chaats like Moong Sprouts and Potato Salli Chaat and Mixed Sprouts and Green Pea Chaat .
- Heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan, add the paneer and salt and sauté on a medium flame for 3to 4 minutes. Drain well on an absorbent paper and keep aside.
- In the same oil , add the ginger- garlic paste, green chillies and sauté on a medium flame for few seconds.
- Add the green peas, potatoes and salt and mix well and cook on a medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes. While stirring occasionally.
- Combine the paneer and green peas-potato mixture in a deep bowl, add the sweet chutney, green chutney, chaat masala, lemon juice and coriander and mix gently.
- Serve immediately.
