Aloo Chaat Dilli Style recipe - How to make Aloo Chaat Dilli Style

Ingredients
1/2 cup peeled potato cubes
3 tsp lemon juice
salt to taste
2 tsp ginger (adrak) strips
oil for deep frying
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 tsp chaat masala
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder
1 tsp chopped green chillies
3 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
Method
    Method
  1. Combine the lemon juice, a pinch salt and ginger strips in a bowl, mix well and keep in the refrigerator till use.
  2. Heat the oil in a kadhai and deep fry the potato pieces till they turn golden brown and crisp from all the sides.
  3. Drain on an absorbent paper and keep aside.
  4. Add onions, salt, chaat masala, red chilli powder, cumin seeds powder, green chilies, coriander and the remaining lemon juice and mix well.
  5. Serve immediately garnished with preserved ginger strips.
