A punjabi cuisine specialty aloo capsicum special or potato and capsicum vegetable preparation in true north indian style is irrestible!
- Heat the oil in a pan, add the asafoetida, cumin, chilies, garlic and ginger, mix well and saute for few seconds.
- Add the turmeric, coriander powder and saute for a minute.
- Add the potatoes and salt, cover and cook till the potatoes are done.
- Add the capsicum, amchur powder, garam masala powder, and coriander, mix well and cook for 5-10 minutes.
- Serve hot.
