Ingredients:
1 Pastry sheet (from freezer section in grocery store)
2 medium sized potatoes
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
3 curry leaves (kadi patta)
green chillies
1 pinch of turmeric powder (haldi)
salt to taste
1 tsp oil

  1. Boil the potato,peel and cut them in small pieces.
  2. In the frying pan put oil add curry leaves,jeera then add potato.
  3. Add all the masala,fry for 5-6 minutes.
  4. Take pastry sheets,(allow it to cool for 20-25 minutes)5.
  5. Cut them in squre pieces.
  6. With the rolling pin roll them a little.
  7. Now take the piece of sheet and put some mixture in the centre.
  8. Press the two ends on each other with a small amount of water.
  9. Make all puffs with stuffing
  10. Preheat the oven to 400 degree f.
  11. Bake for 15-20 minutes or till light brown & crispy
  12. Serve this hot as a evening snack or as an appetizer.
