Ingredients
8 almond bread slices
24 avocado slices
1 tsp olive oil for spreading
2 tsp olive oil for drizzling
1/4 tsp sea salt for sprinkling

  1. Place the almond bread slices on a greased baking tray and apply a little olive oil on each bread slice.
  2. Bake in pre-heated oven at 200°c(400°f) for 15 minutes, or till they turn light brown.
  3. Cool completely and arrange 3 avocado slices on each toasted bread slice.
  4. Drizzle ¼ tsp of olive oil and little sea salt evenly over each toast.
  5. Serve immediately.

This is just a super healthy recipe. Have been making your almond bread recipe for a long time and it works out perfect. Wanting to avoid wheat, the almond bread is the healthiest option. By adding avocados and sea salt to the toasted almond breads makes a classic snack and a healthy one that too. All good fat which is great for weight loss also.
