4 medium sized potatoes
3 to 4 green chillies
coriander (dhania) leaves
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
1 tbsp powdered peanuts
salt and sugar to taste
1 tbsp ghee

  1. Wash and boil potatoes (for pressure cooking, 4 whistles should be enough). peel and cut into small pieces. rub some salt & sugar to them.
  2. Chop green chilies & coriander leaves.
  3. Heat ghee in a kadai or a pan. add cumin seeds. as they splutter, add chilies. then add chopped potatoes and stir well.
  4. After stirred once, add peanut powder and mix. cover and cook on a medium heat for 2 minutes.
  5. Remove lid & stir the bhaaji and again cover for 2 minutes.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves while serving.
