Ingredients
1/2 cup rice flour (chawal ka atta)
1/4 cup chopped onions
3 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
3 tsp freshly grated coconut
1 crushed slit green chilli
salt to taste
oil for cooking
Method
    Method
  1. Combine all ingredients with little water, mix well and knead into stiff dough.
  2. Divide the dough into 2 equal portions and roll them into a circle of 6" diameter.
  3. Heat a tava and cook each roti using little oil, till golden brown spots appear on both the sides.
  4. Serve hot.
