Kadai Dosa is a crispy thin pancake recipe prepared from a rice and lentil based batter. The kadai is rich in health benefits and makes for an excellent breakfast or snacking choice.

  1. Soak all dals and rice overnight.
  2. Grind all ingredients to a coarse paste.
  3. Heat griddle till medium-hot.
  4. Wipe with few drops of oil.
  5. Spread dough on griddle as for dosas.
  6. Sprinkle finely cut onions on spread dough(optional).
  7. When cooked on one side turn and cook till golden brown or crisp.
  8. Remove from griddle.
  9. Serve hot.
