Instead of dalia rice can be added. you can add chopped green methi,or onions for added taste.
- Soak the dals for one hour.add chillies ,hing and salt and grind to a course paste and add dalia just before removing from the mixi.then add curry leaves.heat non stick tawa and sread a ladel full of batter when tawa is hot and add 1 teaspoon of oil to make crisp adais.this batter should not get fermented.serve with any chutney or sauce or butter a
