Achari (pickled) bread kachori recipe - How to make Achari (pickled) bread kachori

1tsp gm salt;
5g saunf powder;
1/2 tsp chili powder;
25g mixed pickle;
50g. Urad dal flour;
oil to deep fry; a pinch of asafoetida, water as required
- Cut bread slices into round shaped slices. sandwich two bread slices with a little mixed pickle. add enough water to urad dal flour & prepare a thin batter. add salt, chili powder, saunf powder and a pinch of asafetida to the urad dal batter. dip each bread sandwich into a batter and deep fry till done and serve hot.
