    Method
  1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan and cardamom ,cloves ,cuminseeds, shahjeera, onions,chilli powder and saute till the onions turn pink.
  2. Add the curry leaves, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, coriander-cuminseeds powder, garam masala, pepper powder and little water and cook.
  3. Add the curds ,cashewnut powder and baby potatoes and toss well.
  4. Cook for 5-10 minutes till the oil seperates.
  5. Add salt, lemon juice, mango pulp and cream and mix well.
  6. Cook for another few minutess and serve hot garnished with coriander.
