Cooking Time: Total Time:
1cup grated fresh goose berries,
1cup fresh peeled and julienned ginger,
1/2 tsp cloves powder
- Dry the goose berries and ginger with salt and clove powder in the high sun till dry completely. fill in airtight container and have 1/2tsp after every meal.
- Useful because of vitamin c in amla and warm because of ginger.digestive,warm and tasty. always keep in your kitchen stock
