Method
    Method
  1. oil sugar and water for 3-4 minutes. Add saffron and keep aside.
  2. Heat ghee in a pan. Add red chillies and grated raw mangoes and saute for 5 minutes.
  3. Add black salt and mix.
  4. Add sugar syrup and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Cool the chutney.
  6. Add fennel powder, gulkand and rose water.
  7. Store in an air-tight container and use as required.
