Try this simple recipe of aaloo kabab, it is quick and yummy to taste. Serve hot with green chutney and sliced onions.
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Divide the mixture into 5 equal portions and roll into small balls.
- Heat the oil in a kadhai, and deep-fry the kababs till they turns golden-brown from all the sides.
- Remove on an asorbent paper and serve hot.
