Cooking Time: Total Time:
1 cupful betel nut leaves (nagarvel paan leaves, not too finely shredded (available from your local paan-wala)
1/4 cupful roasted dhana daal
1/4 cupful fennel seeds, roasted
1/4 cupful fennel seed coloured sweets ('variyali pipi')
1 cupful fresh coconut, shredded into long strands
1/4 cupful dry dates, finely chopped
2 teaspoons ground cardamom
1/4 cupful sari sopari
1/4 cupful rose sherbet/cordial
1/4 cupful sprinkle paan masala e.g. 'heera moti'
- Mix all the ingredients thoroughly and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Serve along with plain suva-dana.
