5-spice Vegetable Stir-fry recipe - How to make 5-spice Vegetable Stir-fry

Makes 4 servings
- Combine the garlic, five spice powder, ginger, soya sauce, groundnut oil and dry sherry in a bowl and mix well.
- Add the vegetables in the bowl and cover, mix well and marinate for 10 mins in the refrigerator.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees or heat oil in grill pan and add the vegetables and grill till the skin is brown.
- Serve hot.
