Ingredients

2 hot dog rolls
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp mustard (rai / sarson) paste , readily available
1/2 cup shredded lettuce
6 tomatoes slices
6 cucumber slices
6 boiled potato slices
2 cheese slices
salt and to taste

Method

Combine the butter, honey and mustard in a bowl and mix well.
Slit each hot dog rolls horizontally and spread the honey-butter paste on both the halves.
Top one half with the lettuce, vegetables and cheese slice.
Sprinkle salt and pepper and place the other half on top. Repeat to make one more sandwich.
Serve immediately.
