Ingredients

1 cup pineapple cubes
8 strawberries
4 tsp lemon juice
4 tbsp sugar syrup
3 cups fresh orange juice
16 ice-cubes

For The Garnish
4 mixed fruits wedges
8 strawberry slices
4 mixed fruits leaves

Method

Combine all the ingredients, except the cubes and blend in a mixer till smooth.
In each rock glass place 4 ice-cubes and pour equal quantity of the juice over it.
Serve immediately garnished with a pineapple wedge, 2 strawberry slices and a pineapple leaf in each glass.
